About FBF

Fight-Back Files™ is the world’s largest collection of true crime self-defense stories and personal protection tips. It features real-life stories of courageous people who have survived a violent attack by fighting back. Each story and its implications for self defense and personal protection are discussed, examining the techniques used to survive the attack and the techniques used by the perpetrator to attempt the attack. Other posts dig deeper into true-crime stories that may have had better endings if the victim would have done a few things differently. Fight-Back Files™ will help you understand techniques that you can use to protect yourself and loved ones, to keep your neighborhood safe and, potentially, to contribute a small part to national security.  All self-defense techniques and safety tips come from local, state and national law enforcement officers, the intelligence community, self defense experts, martial artists and criminologists.
